What is Your Shipping Policy?
Domestic
Domestic shipping is via USPS Priority Mail®. The most economical flat rate size will be chosen for your order.
Orders for in-stock items are shipped 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, unless the product is made to order. In that case, the item usually ships in 4 to 6 weeks, although it is always a goal to send your piece as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need your custom piece sooner, email me, and I will do everything I can to accommodate you.
Jewelry and small items are nicely packaged in a gift box.
You will receive an email notification of your shipping tracking number.
Refund and Exchanges
I take pride in my work, and I truly want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, don't hesitate to contact me within 5 calendar days after you received the item(s).

~ Returns requests may be made up to 30 days after the purchase is delivered. Return requests must be submitted in writing. Please contact me and return the item(s) unworn and in their original condition, in the original packaging. You pay all return shipping charges. You will be notified by email when the returned jewelry is received and issued a refund.
~ If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact me within 5 calendar days after you received the item(s). Camille Torres Designs will pay the return shipping charge and:
refund you the full amount, or
replace the item(s) you had purchased, or
give you a store credit for the value of the item(s), including shipping costs you may have paid (credited upon proof of receipt).
Repairs
Repairs will be made on products that suffer from manufacturer's defects within one year of purchase, free of charge. Repairs due to customer wear or damage will be charged $40 repair fee plus shipping. This includes the refinishing of jewelry.
