What is Your Shipping Policy?
Domestic and International Shipping Policies
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless an expedited option is selected at checkout. The most economical flat rate packaging is used for every order.
Complimentary Shipping Complimentary standard shipping is included on all domestic orders of $350 or more.
Expedited Shipping Expedited options are available at checkout, including 2-day and overnight delivery via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Domestic Shipping CTD ships within the United States. If you are located outside the US and would like to purchase a piece, please contact me and I will do my best to arrange delivery to you.
Order Tracking You will receive email notifications at each stage of your order, through to delivery confirmation. A tracking number is provided upon fulfillment.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available in Ashland, Oregon by appointment. Please contact me to arrange a convenient time.
Packaging Every piece arrives in a gift box with a thoughtful presentation, ready to give or to keep. Gift wrapping will be available soon.
Processing Times In-stock pieces ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Made-to-order pieces typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks, though I always aim to deliver sooner when possible. If you need a piece by a specific date, please reach outbefore placing your order and I will do everything I can to accommodate you.
What Is Your Satisfaction Guarantee?
Retuns and Exchanges
I take pride in every piece that leaves my studio, and your satisfaction matters deeply to me.
Standard Returns Returns and exchange requests are accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery. All requests must be submitted in writing. To initiate a return, please contact me and return the item unworn, in its original condition and original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will be notified by email upon receipt of the returned piece, at which point your refund or exchange credit will be issued.
How Exchanges Work To exchange a piece, please contact me to confirm availability of the desired item before returning your original purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, an exchange credit will be applied toward your new piece. If the replacement item is of greater value, the difference will be due at the time of the new order.
Store Credit Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied to any purchase, including made-to-order pieces.
Holiday Return Policy Purchases made between November 1 and December 31 may be returned or exchanged through January 31 of the following year. Please follow the standard return process outlined above.
Sale Items All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom and Personalized Pieces Custom and personalized pieces are final sale. I work closely with each customer throughout the design process to ensure the piece is exactly right before it is completed and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 5 calendar days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue. CTD will cover return shipping and will resolve the matter through a full refund, replacement, or store credit for the value of the item including any shipping costs paid, upon confirmation of receipt.

Jewelry Processing Times
Every piece that leaves the studio is made with care and intention. Processing times vary depending on the type of order. The guide below will help you plan your purchase.
Custom and Bespoke Commissions
Custom and Bespoke pieces follow a collaborative design and production process and require additional time to ensure every detail is exactly right.
Custom: 5 to 9 weeks from design deposit
Bespoke: 7 to 11 weeks from design deposit
Both timelines include a 1 to 3 week design phase followed by production. You will be kept informed at every stage, from first sketch to final delivery.

Rush Orders
Need your piece sooner? Rush processing is available for in-stock (Ready-to-Ship) and made-to-order pieces. Add the Rush Order Service to your cart alongside your piece and note your required delivery date in the Special Instructions at checkout. I will confirm your rush timeline by email promptly after your order is received. If your requested date is not achievable, your rush fee will be refunded in full and your purchase remains entirely your decision - including the option to cancel.

A Note on Holiday and Peak Seasons
During busy seasons, studio processing times may be extended. If your order is placed during a peak period and your timeline is affected, I will reach out personally to keep you informed and work with you to find the best solution. When in doubt, ordering early is always the best way to ensure your piece arrives when you need it.

Repairs
Manufacturer's Defects Repairs for manufacturer's defects are complimentary within one year of purchase. This includes refinishing when applicable. Your piece will be returned in a gift box, and you will receive email updates throughout the repair and return shipping process.
Repairs Due to Wear or Damage Repairs resulting from customer wear or damage are billed for time and materials. Inbound shipping to the studio is always the customer's responsibility. Return shipping is also the customer's responsibility unless the total cost of time and materials exceeds $250, in which case CTD will cover the cost of return shipping.
Repair Turnaround Repair timelines vary depending on the scope of work and will be communicated at the time your repair is submitted. You will receive email updates throughout the process, including tracking information when your piece ships back to you.
Time and Materials Studio time is billed at $100 per hour in 15-minute increments. Any work between 5 and 20 minutes is billed at $25, and so on in 15-minute intervals. Materials are priced according to current market rates and availability.
To Initiate a Repair Please contact me with a description of the issue and photos of your piece. I will respond personally with next steps and an estimated timeline.
